Day 1187 - Dr. follow up report/pre-mission thoughts

Just got back from the Dr. I am healing well! The dr. has given me clearance to do body weight training and light weights. All lifting restrictions will be lifted after 5 weeks recovery after surgery. So that leaves me with three more weeks of "active" recovery. I am to not do any abdominal exercises until the five weeks..so no crunches and the likes for right now. I am going to look at my options for body weight routines. Back in 2006 when I started exercising I did body weight training. So I will reformulate a mission plan to incorporate this "active" recovery and then when the time is right and my body is ready, I will get on with a full blown mission. So I will still start "training" on Monday, July 12, just modified for my physical "condition". This will also serve as a good "warm up" to getting back into full on training as we know going all out without pre-training could lead to injury and we don't want that to happen.
It's time for me to start "walking the walk".
I need to put up daily pics! this is so motivating to making sure one follows through with one's plans. This was one of Adam's keys to his successful missions, and the daily blogging with accountability scores. So this is what I will do, as it was the key to success for more than 120 successful RTP Transformation missions. The structure and discipline to do this adds to the accountability. It serves as a daily guide and checkup to make sure I am following through. For you new people popping in and reading...This is RTP!
At the moment, I am reliving the dreaded first day pic anxiety.(the pics will not be pretty!) As we know, the only one that is bothered by those day 1 pics are ourselves. I know you could care less what I look like or how far I've gone off. Hence these missions are not about what other people think but about what I think and feel about myself. I take full responsibility for where I am. I made choices and they will show themselves. I don't want to hear a bunch of BS about my gall bladder and surgery and that kind of crap, because the truth is(for whatever reason) I didn't make the best choices over these past few months and it will show. Yes, I have/had some bloating in the tummy, but that will not "explain" the other body parts that have "expanded". I will be rectifying this. Already I am telling myself that this will be my most massively awesome transformation yet. I have to see it and believe for it to be. I must think it and speak it into being. "For as a man thinks, so is he."
What you think, you believe.
What you believe, you act on.
Your actions produce results.
(good or bad)
Once again I must revisit RTP Module 1 and go through the forgiveness statements and my PRW's(powerful reasons why). I will formulate PPA's(powerful personal affirmations) that will propel me towards my former fit body.
You can follow me, You can support me, You can join me. Either way, this RTP Warrior Legend is making herself ready to make some personal waves. I've done it before, and I will do it again! This shredder is here for the long haul. I don't quit! I don't drop out! I don't leave when the going gets tough!

I am Unstoppable!
it's a thought, it's a belief, it's an action, it's a result.
I AM Unstoppable!
